As summer winds down, one is faced with two grim realities: “back to school” and allergy season, both of which affect the Poddy Mouths crew this week. We’re joined again by Ms. Alejandra, who sheds some much-needed light on the awkwardity that was her birthday party that we’ve discussed the past couple of weeks, and also recalls a fond, juggalo-related memory pertaining to her ex. Alec talks about getting snubbed, apparently by Ric Flair, while performing his standup. Next, what do juggalos, breastfeeding and police brutality have to do with each other? Is it a report from the recent Gathering of the Juggalos that happened here in Illinois? No, it’s the triumphant return of our News segment! Then, in anticipation of next weeks official DVD release of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 1, Corey and Anime Dan discuss their revisiting of the childhood favorite without the nostalgia goggles – and Anime Dan reminds us why Angel Grove is the worst place to be for allergy season, especially with a monster named Mr. Ticklesneezer around. Finally, Alec says his goodbyes as he returns to his studies, but really, we’re probably going to say he’s off doing something embarassing and pornographic with his penis like all our former podcasters. We are currently looking at a number of possibilities for Alec’s replacement, including Amanda Donohoe, Tila Tequila, Honey Boo Boo, Louise Fletcher and Cupcake Tony; listeners are encouraged to check out Pat’s latest photos at www.janitorspenis.com and cast your vote for our new co-host.

Our B-Movie Breakdown this week is 1998′s ‘Phantoms,’ and… I’m sorry. We’ve warned you that these things are bad, but, well, there’s bad, then there’s ‘Phantoms.’ Dimension tries to elevate a second-string Stephen King novel with the acting prowess of Ben Affleck and it’s just as bad as it sounds. HOWEVER, we have a treat in store for next week’s Breakdown that should delight as much as it disgusts. I (Anime Dan) have chosen what looks to be the two most craptastic episodes of the X-Files ripoff/Baywatch spinoff, Baywatch Nights, starring David Hasselhoff himself. You’ll laugh, cry and possibly vomit as the Hoff plays lifeguard Mitch Buchannon as he takes on an evil Egyptian mummy and gets possessed by a demon. Instead of the usual Netflix deal, both of these masterpieces are available on Youtube. The mummy episode is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxbmDm4X8kg and the demon episode is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sAWUtMJZixE May the Hoff be with you.
